Jacob understands that selling a home can be exciting, stressful and sometimes uncertain. His approach is to keep sellers informed, explain what's happening in the market, and give straightforward advice so they can make decisions with confidence.

Just as importantly, Jacob knows the value of a strong relationship with buyers. A buyer who feels comfortable communicating openly is more likely to give genuine feedback and engage properly in negotiation — Jacob's ability to connect with people helps him find out what buyers are really thinking, rather than settling for their first response.

More than putting a property online

Working within Allen Property's Smartre Sale system, Jacob is backed by the wider sales team rather than working buyers and listings in isolation — giving every property broader buyer reach and the combined experience of the agency. Since launching his real estate career in 2024, that's meant the job doesn't finish once photos are taken and the property goes online: buyer follow-up, communication, negotiation and market feedback continue throughout the campaign.

Away from work, Jacob makes the most of the Fraser Coast lifestyle — time on Toogoom's beach, and at home with his family, fishing and riding bikes with his kids.
